Delete your account and data

You can delete your account in the MO – Maksimum Odpowiedzialności app, together with all your data, at any time.

Option 1: in the app (immediately)

1. Sign in to the app.
2. Open the Konto (Account) tab.
3. Expand Strefa niebezpieczna (Danger zone) and choose Usuń konto i dane (Delete account and data).
4. Confirm with your password. The account and data are deleted immediately.

Before deleting, you can download a copy of your data: Konto → Prywatność, dane i prawo → Pobierz moje dane (Download my data).

Option 2: by e-mail

If you cannot sign in, write from the address linked to your account to [email protected] with the subject “Account deletion”. I will delete the account and data within 14 days and confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted

• your login account and profile (name, e-mail, height, goals, equipment),
• health data, readiness surveys and discomfort reports,
• workouts, sets, weights, notes and history,
• body measurements, photos and messages with the trainer,
• the trainer's notes about you.

What may remain for a limited time

• Automatic database backups – they are overwritten automatically; your data disappears from them within 7 days at the latest.
• Evidence of consents and acceptance of the terms and e-mail correspondence – only if needed to defend against claims, as described in the Privacy policy.
